Privacy Policy
The AI Build Room is presented by 360 Strategic Success ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and who else sees it. We have tried to keep it short and specific rather than comprehensive and vague.
01What we collect
- When you enroll: your name, email address, firm name, and billing details, collected through Stripe's checkout.
- When you register for the free hour: your name, email address, and anything else you enter, collected through Calendly.
- When you email us: your message and your email address.
- During the program: attendance in live sessions, and which recordings and portal materials you access. We use this to run the cohort and to review refund requests under the course terms.
We do not ask you to send us client files, case material, or any privileged information, and you should not. If you send us something confidential by mistake, tell us and we will delete it.
02Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives your card details directly. We never see or store your full card number. We see what Stripe shows us: the transaction, the last four digits, and whether it succeeded.
03Why we use it
- To enroll you, collect payment, and give you access to sessions, recordings, and the portal.
- To send you what you signed up for: schedules, session links, recording notices, and program updates.
- To answer your questions and handle refund requests.
- To send occasional email about future cohorts and workshops. You can unsubscribe from that at any time, and unsubscribing does not affect messages about a program you are enrolled in.
04Cookies and analytics
This site loads no third-party trackers, advertising pixels, or analytics scripts. Nothing on the page calls out to another company, and the site sets no cookies of its own.
Stripe and Calendly set their own cookies on their own pages once you go there to check out or register. Those are governed by their policies, linked in section 05.
If we later add analytics or an advertising pixel, we will say so here and name it before it goes live.
05Who else sees your information
We use a small number of service providers to run the program, and they see only what they need to do their part:
- Stripe for payments. stripe.com/privacy
- Calendly for free-hour registration. calendly.com/privacy
- The email, video conferencing, and course portal tools we use to deliver and record sessions.
We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We will disclose information if the law requires it, and we will tell you unless we are prohibited from doing so.
06What you build is yours
The systems, prompts, policies, and knowledge bases you build during the program live in your own accounts and belong to your firm. We do not claim rights to them, we do not use them to train anything, and we do not need a copy.
Live sessions are recorded so participants can catch up. If you speak or share your screen in a session, that appears in the recording, which is shared with the cohort. If you would rather not appear, keep your camera off and use the chat, or tell us and we will work around it.
07Testimonials
The videos and quotes on our site are published with the written permission of the people in them. If you have given us a testimonial and want it removed, email us and we will take it down.
08How long we keep it
We keep enrollment and payment records for as long as we need them for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. We keep program access records for the duration of your access period and a reasonable period afterward. We keep marketing email addresses until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
09Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@360strategicsuccess.com and we will respond within thirty days. We may need to keep records we are legally required to retain, and we will tell you if that applies.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
10Security
We use reputable providers and limit access to enrollment information to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.
11Children
This program is sold to businesses. It is not directed to anyone under eighteen, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
12Changes and contact
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be sent by email to enrolled participants.
