Course Terms and Refund Policy
The AI Build Room is presented by 360 Strategic Success ("we," "us"). By enrolling you agree to the terms below. If you are enrolling on behalf of a firm, you confirm you are authorized to bind that firm.
01What you are buying
A twelve-week live cohort program. It includes twelve live build classes and twelve open rooms, roughly twenty-four scheduled hours in total, delivered on a published weekly schedule. You build working systems on your own processes during the program, with guidance.
You are buying instruction and access. You are not buying a finished product, custom software development, or ongoing managed services.
02Price and payment
- Paid in full: $4,997 for the firm.
- Three monthly payments: $1,799 a month for three months, $5,397 in total.
- Six monthly payments: $966 a month for six months, $5,796 in total.
Pricing is per firm, not per seat. Payments are processed by Stripe. When you choose a monthly plan you are authorizing the full schedule of payments, and that obligation continues for the full term whether or not you attend. Monthly plans end automatically once the scheduled number of payments has been collected.
If a payment fails we will contact you to update the payment method. Access to live sessions and the portal may be paused while a payment is past due.
03Enrollment window and schedule
Enrollment for cohort two closes Friday, August 21, 2026. Class begins Tuesday, August 25, 2026. Live sessions run on Tuesdays with an optional second session on Thursdays, at 1:00 pm Pacific and 4:00 pm Eastern.
We may adjust individual session dates or times when necessary. If we do, we will give as much notice as we reasonably can, and the session will still be delivered and recorded.
04What is included
- Twelve live build classes and twelve open rooms.
- Everyone in your firm who needs to be there, at no additional charge.
- Recordings of every session, posted within twenty-four hours.
- Twelve months of portal access, measured from the start of the cohort.
- Everything you build during the program, yours to keep and keep using.
You are responsible for your own subscriptions to any AI tools used in the course. Those costs are not included.
05The refund policy
If you attend the classes, watch the recordings for any session you miss, and still finish the program without one working system for your firm, we will refund every dollar you paid.
To request a refund under this policy, email support@360strategicsuccess.com within thirty days of the final session. We will review attendance and recording access, and we may ask what you built and where it fell short. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
This policy is conditioned on doing the work, because the work is what produces the system. It is not a satisfaction guarantee and it is not available to someone who did not attend or watch.
06License and permitted use
Course materials, recordings, templates, and frameworks are licensed to your firm for internal use during your access period. You may use them freely inside your firm and on your firm's own work.
You may not resell them, publish them, share them outside your firm, or use them to deliver substantially the same training to others as a product or service. The systems you build on your own processes are yours, and nothing here limits what you do with them.
07Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your own compliance obligations, including any confidentiality, privilege, and professional conduct rules that apply to you.
- You decide what information enters any system you build. We teach how to fence that decision, and the decision remains yours.
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the output of anything you build before relying on it.
08No legal advice, no guarantee of results
This program provides education on building AI systems. It does not constitute legal advice, it does not create an attorney-client relationship, and it is not a substitute for your own professional judgment or your own ethics counsel.
Results described on our site are what specific participants reported. They are examples, not predictions. Apart from the refund policy in section 05, we do not promise any particular outcome, time saving, or revenue effect.
09Conduct in live sessions
Sessions are shared with other firms. Do not disclose another participant's confidential information, and do not record or redistribute sessions yourself. We may remove a participant for conduct that harms the room, and where we do so without cause we will refund the unused portion.
10Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to this program is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or losses arising from your use of any system you build.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future cohorts. The version in effect when you enrolled governs your enrollment. Material changes affecting a cohort already underway will be communicated to that cohort in writing.
12Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
